local. was built out of frustration with watching good small businesses lose repeat customers because they were still handing out paper loyalty cards that ended up in the bin.
Every small business we talked to had the same problem. They knew their regulars by face. They knew who always got the same order. But they had no way to actually reward them — or bring them back when they drifted off.
The tools that existed were either built for enterprise retail chains, too expensive, too complicated, or just not designed for how Australian small businesses actually operate. So we built something that was.
local. launched in early 2026. We're a small team based in Wagga Wagga. We're not trying to be a platform for everyone — we're building the best possible loyalty tool for independent Australian businesses, and that's enough for us.
We believe an honest business is a good business. That means no fake testimonials, no inflated metrics, no "free forever" plans that aren't free. We tell you exactly what you get, exactly what it costs, and we don't make it hard to cancel.
